DESCRIPTION:\nThe first workshop on "The Thermodynamics of Collisionless P
 lasmas” will be held October 5th–7th 2026. Hosted and sponsored by the
  Bernoulli center at EPFL\, Switzerland\, with a view of Lac Léman (Lake 
 Geneva)\, the workshop brings together researchers from plasma physics\, s
 tatistical mechanics\, and astrophysics. The aim is to connect researchers
 \, establish a shared framework\, and discuss emerging challenges. The wor
 kshop will host talks and a poster session.\n \nIn order to participate i
 n the workshop\, we kindly request you to register for the workshop (Click
  on "Register for Workshop")\, and pay the registration fee (see the "Regi
 stration Fee Payment" page). In order to present a poster/oral presentatio
 n\, please submit an abstract ("Call for Abstracts"). Note that participat
 ion is conditional on the submission of an abstract. Registered participan
 ts in need of a visa are advised apply for it no later than 3 months prior
