DESCRIPTION:In recent years\, remarkable progress has been made in recasti
 ng hydrodynamics as a modern effective field theory (EFT)\, encompassing b
 oth quantum and statistical effects. This has required\, in turn\, advance
 s in our understanding of the Schwinger-Keldysh formalism\, which is neces
 sary to study out-of-equilibrium systems. The goal of this workshop is to 
 bring together leading experts to arrive at a synthesis of these recent re
 sults and reconcile different approaches in a unique framework.\n\nTopics 
 of interest include\, but are not limited to:\n\n\nEmergent symmetries in 
 hydrodynamic EFTs\n\n\nSystematics of Schwinger-Keldysh EFTs\n\n\nUniversa
 l aspects of correlated transport of energy-momentum and internal (possibl
 y non-abelian) charges\n\n\nApplications to QCD at finite temperature\n\n\
 n\n \nTravel and Hotel Information\nThe nearest international airport is 
 in Geneva\, where one may take the train directly to Lausanne. Depending o
