Description
SKA Regional Centres (SRCs) are the national and regional facilities through which scientists will access, process, and analyse data from the SKA Observatory. The Swiss SRC (CHSRC), hosted at CSCS, is Switzerland's contribution to this global network, serving the Swiss astronomy community and working towards qualification as a node for SKAO Science Verification. Challenges include large storage requirements, large RAM requirements and integrating HPC resources with a cloud native software stack.
