Accommodation Information – SwissTech Hotel
Dear Participants,
We are pleased to inform you that you can book a room at the SwissTech Hotel at our corporate rate of CHF 130.– per night (plus CHF 5.50 city tax), by providing the following details:

The block of rooms is guaranteed until 19 August 2025. After this date, the rate remains available, but room availability cannot be guaranteed.

Parking Information
The hotel does not have private parking, but you can use the nearby public parking "SwissTech Village – EPFL", located on Route Louis Favre, 1024 Ecublens.
To benefit from the preferential rate of CHF 10.– per 24 hours, your parking ticket must be validated at the hotel reception during opening hours.
Outside these hours, you can validate your ticket at the parking pay station at the regular public rate.
Please note that, as this is a public parking facility, no reservations are possible.
