The EPFL campus offers two convenient accommodation options: the SwissTech Hotel and the Starling Hotel. A number of rooms have been reserved at preferential rates for workshop participants in both hotels. Please note that each hotel has its own booking deadline, after which room availability cannot be guaranteed.

Reservation must be made by email at reception@sthotel.com, using the booking code TCM-45.
CHF 135.50, taxes included. Breakfast is available for an additional CHF 16. - If you prefer to stay in Lausanne city center, near the old town and with easy metro access to EPFL (Lausanne-Flon, M1 line), we have secured rooms at a preferential rate at the Hotel Alpha Palmiers. Prices may vary depending on hotel occupancy.

No specific booking code is required, as the link is specifically dedicated to the workshop.
In addition, there are many hotels and apartments around the EPFL campus and throughout Lausanne to suit a wide range of budgets.
Important information: Hotels in Lausanne provide guests with a free public transport card, valid for travel within the city for the duraction of your stay (up to 15 days). Please request this card at hotel reception upon arrival.
On your arrival day, you may also use public transport (metro and bus) free of charge to reach your hotel. Simply present your hotel booking confirmation along with a valid form of identification if requested.
