Once your registration is completed, a formal letter of invitation can be requested by email to the local organisers.
To avoid delays, please make sure to include the following information in your request:
- Full name of the participant
- Affiliation and full institution address
- Title of contribution (if applicable)
- Expected dates of stay in Switzerland
Registered participants are advised to apply for a visa no later than 3 months before the event.
