FHNW Visit

The FHNW School of Computer Science and the FHNW School of Engineering and Environment warmly invites you to discover its current space activities in aerospace engineering, astroinformatics, astrophysics, and quantum communication.

Highlights include a lab visit on Mechanical Design in Aerospace, and a presentation of the FHNW Rover Team, winner of the 2024 European Rover Challenge. You will see STIX, the X-ray telescope of Solar Orbiter, and admire the latest data release of the space Euclid, prepared by our software.

The ESA Quantum-Safe Satellite Data Link, QHAPS, and the QDrone projects will show how to advance the future of secure and efficient space communication. Last but not least, we will introduce you to our contributions to the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) radio telescope.
